SNMP Application

Customer needs to do power cycle test during assemble server. They do the power cycle test by manually now, this is not precise and efficiency. They want this test to be an automation work and solve manufacture problem.

Solution

Use SNMP protocols to develop an automated program in Switched PDU to do power cycle test automatically. Such as OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.17420.1.2.9.1.13 can turn on/off PDU outlet. OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.17420.1.3.6 can get PDU kWh. Please check with our MIB file to get all MIB information.

Benefits (Result)

Does not need to establish the industrial control system, only uses the common network then to serve the purpose. Causes its expense to reduce largely.
